When you log in to ONE, you’ll be presented with your dashboard, which shows you an overview of your account. This overview provides a wealth of useful information regarding the status your inventory and orders.


The top section of the dashboard contains three tabs which give you critical information about your orders and inventory:

  1. Address Verification: This tab shows you orders that have invalid or unverified addresses. These orders cannot be shipped until the addresses are corrected.

  2. Out of Stock: These are orders that can’t be shipped because the item ordered is not in stock.

  3. On Hold: These are orders that have been put on hold by you or by Simple Global. These orders will not ship until the hold is removed.


The lower part of the dashboard shows two graphs. The first graph shows how many orders came in each day over the last two weeks. The second categorizes your orders by status, showing how many are awaiting payment, on hold, awaiting shipment, shipped, and canceled.
