Sometimes, you will have to put an order on hold. An order that is placed on hold will not be picked, packed, or shipped until you release the hold. You should put an order on hold if you or your customer wants to:

  1. Cancel the order

  2. Change the delivery address

  3. Delay delivery until a particular date

  4. Update/change any detail of the order

  5. Stop an order from being shipped for any reason

To put an order on hold, follow these steps:

  1. Log into ONE and navigate to the “Orders” tab

  2. Find the order that you want to place on hold, and click the order number


  1. Click on the green “Hold” button


  1. Verify that the order is on hold by looking at the “Hold” button. The text on the button should now read “Release Hold.” Click this button if and when you no longer want the order to be on hold.
