To easily exchange messages with the Simple Global team, you can use the convenient ONE Box feature. There are a few different ways to access the ONE Box.


Access ONE Box Through the Message Icon


Click the message icon (see image above), and you will see all your recent ONE Box messages in a list. Every message is associated with a particular order, work order, or ASN. You can click any entry in the “Number” column to open a window where you can view messages associated with that order, work order, or ASN.


Once you have clicked an entry and opened the message window, you can scroll down to review the messages and, if desired, mark them as read. At the bottom of the window, you will see an “Enter message” field. You can use this field to send messages to our client support team or add a note to the order. Enter your text, and then click the blue “Message” button or green “Note” button.


Access the ONE Box through the Orders Tab

You can access ONE Box messages from the “Orders” tab on the website. Simply navigate to the “Orders” tab and click on the Order number of the order for which you want to review or send messages.


You can also view messages associated with work orders using this same method. Simply navigate to the “Orders” Tab, click “Work Order” on the left menu bar, click on a work order category (Requested, Awaiting Approval, etc.), and then click on the work order number in question. The work order details window will appear. Click on the Messages/Activity tab to review messages and/or create a new message.


Access the ONE Box through the Products tab

One box messages can also be associated with ASNs. To access such messages, click the “Products” tab and then select “ASNs” from the left menu bar. Under ASNs, select the category (Draft, Submitted, Processing, etc.) and then click on the ASN number in question. The ASN details window will appear. Click on the Messages/Activity tab to review messages and/or create a new message.
