For various reasons, you might need to cancel an order before it ships. There is no way for you to do this directly in ONE, but our client support department will be happy to cancel the order for you. Please follow the procedure below.


  1. Place the order on hold (see instructions here). This is very important, as it ensures we will not pick, pack, or ship the order before we have a chance to review your request.

  2. Contact client support by sending a message using the ONE box.

    1. From within the order, on the “Order Details” tab, scroll down until you see the “Enter Message” field.

    2. Enter your message in the field (e.g., “Please cancel this order. Thank you!”) and click the blue “Message” button.


Within 24 business hours, client support should contact you via the ONE Box confirming that the order has been canceled.
